Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods 5V11.8X6-E parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Winsmith parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Anelva product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A97L0118092360A121 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 917MDSS548X0BT manufactured by Winsmith and we are pleased to be able to service most Winsmith systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9535016 by Manufacturer Anelva as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Us Brand AM53 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Martin such as 80B21SS258 equipment made by Martin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Martin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Martin" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 825Q made by Falk as well as the popular 93865236 original spares produced by Gates

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 930CDNE by Dayton and 80B21SS258 spares by Martin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7107H25 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foote.
